Before you book
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave a key or entry code. We keep them under a fixed procedure, and only the team visiting you and the supervisor have access.
Who does the cleaning?
Our own trained employees, with a fixed checklist and notes about your home.
Do you bring materials and equipment?
Yes. If you prefer your own products, we're happy to use them.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the visit at no charge. Later cancellations are billed two hours.
What if something breaks?
We carry third-party liability insurance. We report it right away and handle it with you and the insurer.
