Our commitment

Peraia Clean is committed to equal service for every customer, including people with disabilities. This site was adapted under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, based on WCAG 2.0.

What we've done

• A clear heading structure and semantic markup for screen-reader navigation.
• Full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
• Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for regular text.
• Labels on every form field and written error messages.
• Layout adapts to screen size and supports text zoom up to 200% without losing content.
• Language and text direction set on every page; the device's reduced-motion setting is respected.

Service accessibility

Our service takes place at the customer's home or business; we have no public office. You can reach us on WhatsApp by text or voice message, or by phone, whichever suits you.

Known limitations

The WhatsApp button opens an external Meta service we don't control. If you have trouble with it, call us directly.
