The site clean.peraia-tlv.com is run by Peraia (company no. 516460136) under the name Peraia Clean ("we"). This policy explains what information we collect on the site, why, and your rights under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the quote form: name, phone, service type, property size, neighborhood, preferred time and notes.
- The form does not send these details to our server. It prepares a message, and you choose whether to send it to us on WhatsApp. Once sent, the message is kept in our WhatsApp.
- If you accept cookies: general browsing data (pages viewed, device type, how you arrived) through Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To reply with a quote, schedule and carry out the service, and issue an invoice.
- To measure site use and improve the site (only if you accepted cookies).
Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta), where our conversation with you takes place.
- Google, for measurement, only if you accepted cookies.
- Our accountant, to issue invoices.
- We don't sell personal information or pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.
